Julia Akinyooye is an accomplished entrepreneur, business consultant, coach, and mentor with nearly 20 years of professional experience. She is the Founder of Emmanuel Consulting Agency, a New York–based, top-rated business consulting firm established in 2015.
Julia began her career as a nurse, earning her master’s degree and rapidly advancing into C-level leadership roles—retiring as a nurse at age 30 to pursue entrepreneurship full-time. Since then, she has founded and grown multiple successful businesses. Over the past 14 years, she has built, scaled, and strategically exited companies across industries—including home care, retail, real estate, consulting, and other service-based sectors—bringing a powerful blend of operational expertise and strategic vision to every venture she leads.
To date, Julia has consulted with hundreds or entrepreneurs and companies, including consultants and firms, coaches, therapists, educators, tutors, health and wellness professionals and facilities, home care providers, beauty experts, and other service-based business owners. Her hands-on experience spans building businesses from the ground up, optimizing operations, and navigating complex transitions—including the successful sale of one of her home care agencies—demonstrating her proven ability to create value and lead strategic exits.
Beyond operations, Julia has served on advisory boards and contributed to the development of apps and technology solutions designed to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and support scalable business growth.
